About White Light Pilates of La Jolla

White Light Pilates is a La Jolla Pilates studio offering Private Equipment Training, Group Reformer Classes, Pilates Mat Classes, and Massage Therapy.

Since its establishment in 2004, White Light Pilates has been helping clients transform their lives by maintaining their physical and emotional well-being. We believe in both good workouts and safe recovery, which is why we offer Pilates classes and massage treatments. White Light Pilates of La Jolla offers a number of specialty Pilates classes including Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Kids, and sports-specific Pilates training programs. White Light Pilates represents instructors and therapists from diverse backgrounds that offer a depth of knowledge for both students and other instructors. At White Light Pilates we encourage camaraderie between students, instructors, and the community as a center of excellence in Pilates by hosting workshops and events throughout the year. White Light Pilates serves clients in the beautiful La Jolla beach community of Bird Rock as well as Pacific Beach, and the greater San Diego area.
